My client filed a dispute on my hourly work and I declined the dispute. After my hours are checked by Upwork, they decided to refund my hours. My whole working hours were removed and I didn't get paid.
Since I can't access my work diary, I can't review it. I want to know why my work diary is not qualified.
I know the criteria but I want to know at which point my work diary was not qualified. Please let me know so that I can prepare well for the future conflicts.
