Hello guys,
The client sent me an NDA doc and I have few questions regarding it.
Do I need to add my real signature or just my name?
Which free tool do you use to edit PDF files?
Thanks in advance

Olesya,
I regularly sign NDAs from new clients. Many are just boilerplate documents these clients have grabbed for free from somewhere on the Interweb. Others are simple but cover all the bases. Some have restrictive covenants that are unacceptable to me.
If there is no element of the NDA you disagree with, sign it with your usual legal signature and return a copy to the client. (I scan the documents and attached a scanned copy to a message in the project's Upwork page.)
If there is a proviso in the NDA you disagree with, don't sign the document until the client changes that part of the NDA.
If you aren't sure you like a particular part of an NDA, post the exact text on this message board and you might get some useful input from other freelancers. Or you can talk to a lawyer about it, if the time and money are worthwhile.
