NEED TO UNLINK OLD PAYONEER ACCOUNT AND PROFILE SET TO PRIVATE CANNOT CONTACT "CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM

I need to file a ticket to unlink my old Payoneer account because the debit card associated has expired. 

I tried to reach out to support but was sent in a loop back here by the support bot. 

I am unable to create a ticket for some reason and also unable to find customer support's contact information. I would just like to remove the old debit card from my account and also make my profile visible again. 

Moderators, please create a ticket on my behalf since I am unable to do it myself.

Before the Customer Support Team is able to remove your Payoneer account from your Upwork account, you will need to contact Payoneer's Customer Support Team and ask that your account be disassociated from your Upwork account. Once this is done, you can come back here and let us know so that we can assist you further.
