NOT GETTING RESPONSES

So recently I have applied for many jobs on Upwork without responses. I know my proposals are good, but then I am not sure of what to expect because Upwork just reduced my job success score without me even taking jobs.

I'm assuming your new? If not then please don't mind anything I'm saying. 

I submitted like 13 proposals at first only to get one accepted. Getting the first good job is a real breakthrough, after my first review I've been getting jobs 20-40% more often. I also started clearly defining what I was good at between then. Which boosted my rate as well.
