Hi, I’m a newbie in this platform. I used my 2nd name for my profile and now it doesn’t match my bank details. It was my mistake, for not reading the policies. I tried updating it and it showed it’s under review, but it’s been 4 days. Can someone help please

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that your name was approved yesterday and I couldn't find any notification regarding the name change. Could you please let me know on which page your name is showing as under review? Additionally, in order to withdraw earnings, could you please complete the W-8BEN form under Settings > Tax Info, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
