Name Change

I requested a name change  more than a month ago but I haven't received an answer. my account will be put on hold if I don't verifiy my identity by next week. but I can't verifiy it before changing my name. my legal last name is Odicho instead of Audicho.

To submit a name change request please go to Settings > Contact Info > Update your name. Once you`ve saved your updated name a request will be created and our team will review it. Once the review is completed our team will reach out to you with the results. Thank you.

I did that over a month ago but I still haven't received an answer. I sent a new request about 15 mins ago.
