Name Change

I have created upwork account now I saw that upwork asking for document verification but when created my account I had put other like "ABC" and my government id has a name with "XYZ" so what should I do?

I know it's my mistake but I am looking for a solution, is there any way to change the name in upwork??

Note: I have already applied for name change request but it was rejected by upwork.
