Name Mismatch

Hi Team- I am an authorized representative of an Agency and wants to add my agency account to withdraw my earnings. I recently have switched to Upwork therefore am looking for someone's support to get the things going for me.

I have attached the authorization letter signed by my Director.

That's not how it works. Whatever account you withdraw to must be in your name or you have to be a named signatory to the account (at the bank's side)

Also, you can't "manage a company's business" from your freelancing profile. If your boss want to get the money you earn to go to the business account, he'll have to create a freelancer profile, create an agency, and add you to the agency. Then he can add the business account to withdraw. 

The "letter" you attached is also not a photo of a real letter, it's (very very very obviously) manipulated.
