Name change not working

Hi Upwork Team,

 

For the last two weeks, I have been trying to change the order of my name after getting my legal documents corrected. Every time I update my profile, I get a message that states: Your name change request is under review. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Please review identity policy

 

It has been over two weeks now, so either your system is broken or you are just too busy to get back to me. Please update your message there and if you let your customer know "within 48 hours", reach out to them within 48 hours!!!!!!!!

 

Can someone please contact me or create a ticket? I am happy to do the identity verification process again but I need the name order changed - the First Name is not the last name and the last name is now first.
