Name mismatch

My bank account verification wont work because im using a business account for tax purposes here in NZ registered under groovesquad ltd (a company which i own) whereas my account name is my personal name Nathan Little.

this has created a mismatch, please advise where i send documentation to proving im the owner of this company and let me know what documentation i need
