Name on my Profile

The first name on my account is wrong. This is the 5-7th time I have asked for help with this. There is no way I can change it in settings. I verified my account, so why would the name be wrong. My first name is Alicia (middle is Kimba). 

When can I get this rectified. I have tried many, many times and it is quite annoying now.
