Name on the id and bank account matches, but "The beneficiary name is mismatched."

Hello! My actual name is what I have sent UpWork on a government ID and it got approved. It starts with S. My bank account is on the same name. But it says that "The beneficiary name is mismatched." and my bank payment method is declined because of this. Can you please help me solve this problem?

When I joined UpWork I used a surname Yalman as it is what I use in all of my design projects throughout all the social media. It is useful for me as my real surname is too long. But again, I have sent my actual surname on the government ID when making an ID check on Upwork. Does this have anything to do with the problem?
