Names mismatch in Upwork and bank account

Hi! I have a problem with adding a bank account - Upwork doesn't accept my naming because it's different from my account name. Please make a ticket for me

Hi Bojan! unfortunately manual check didn't go through.  Please help me to resolve the situation. 

My upwork name is George Vald
My bank account name is IP Vald Georgy Vyacheslavovich

IP is "individual enterpreneur"

Vald - is the same, it's surname. 
Georgy and George are the same things.

Vyacheslavovich is my parental name. 

i'm not sure that I can change my account name without problems for sending the money, so please assign another check including the info I gave you.
