Born and bred in the US.  Never lived overseas.  Just got this message when drafting a proposa;"

You do not meet all the client's preferred qualifications

You may still submit a proposal, but the client will see that the proposal does not meet the following criteria:
  • English: 4

Really?  I know this has come up before.  Do I really need to take some test to prove I speak my native tongue fluently?

Boy, do I feel dumb!

Don't feel bad, Mary!  I made the same mistake; it's an easy one to make!

Necrothread!

Mary, you should have just put "Bless your heart" as the first line of your proposal, then the client would know for sure that you are a U.S. native. Smiley LOL
