Native or Bilingual Verification

Hello!

Could someone please explain the verification process/procedure for English Language on ones profile? I initially had Fluent and that was verified, however when I switched to Native or Bilingual I notice the verification mark isn't there.

Hi Julie-Ann,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We show the English language verification checkmark only for freelancers who are non-native speakers of English. Other levels of English proficiency can be verified by taking the new English Certification Test, by Duolingo or via being rated by clients when contracts are ended.
