Hello Upwork Community, 

I am Freelancer on Upwork. How can I hire some other freelancer from my this freelancer account without violating upwork term and conditions. 
Also please check attached pdf file and help me to know what this feature is for and how this is useful for me. It showing in my upwork account under my team section. 

Please suggest.
