I am unable to access my old contracts on Upwork. Instead of the usual messages and submissions, it's displaying XML files. This is hindering my ability to review past communications and submissions, which I need to create portfolios for my profile.

No it is happing for past few months.

That is bad. Did you get response from support? I some times get 500 errors but they go away. All advice I can offer is to try it in another browser or with all plugins turned off, but I am sure you already tried that. Hope it goes away soon.
