Need Help - jss score and feedback removal issue

Hello All, My name is Aman.I am working with Upwork from last few years.I have done multiple projects with a client, all have rated 5 star.I had 100 % job success score.My last project with client didn't go well due to some reason.All my previous reviews has also removed and my jss score also dropped to 72%.Why my previous work review had removed.I have screenshot of my previous reviews.I had raised issues but no one in upwork being helpful.

You mean from contracts with the same client? Clients can't change feedback once left, but they can ask for it to be removed. (Public feedback only.)

Yes, it is removed and my jss score dropped.

This is not fair at all.

Your JSS dropped because of the poor outcome from that last contract.

I do not agree with you.
If this is the case then it was 100% before then it dropped to 76%.
And now as I have done one project with 5 star review and a good feedback it further dropped to 72%.


There is no logic in there.

private feedback on that last contract... 

 

When you have so very few contracts, every outcome has a very heavy effect, for better or for worse.

In the last contract, I have 5 star review with very good feedback.
Client was also very happy with my work.
We are going to do another project together.

What are you taking about!?
My last project was awesome.
I really had great relationship with my last client.

My last client is Raymond.
He is very happy with last project delivered and
He have given me 5 star review and 150$ as bonus.
He appreciated me for the project.
As i already mentioned we are going to do another project together.

Please review it again.
There is some your system fault and my carrier is on risk.
Please I am seeking for help.

It'll drop out in 6 months so just keep going and ignore JSS. Might as well ignore it because you can't change it.

First my all 5 star review got dropped and now my jss score for no reason.

It is really hard to get me client with low jss score.
They don't really trust you.

They are saying
I got a negative private feedback.
How can it possible.
The client have given 5 star review, a 150$ bonus and appreciate my work.

Yep, but the JSS is taken more seriously by freelancers than clients. You got no other choice than to push through it, and you're not the first person to have this issue and recover. At least you know you can recover from it and it's not permanent. So just ignore JSS and do as you did before.

You have no choice (other than close your account and find a different platform.)

Not really. That is only updated once every several contracts. It will update to be in line with your JSS after one or two more contracts are closed.

 

what's your "client who would recommend you" percentage on stats page?

there's a contract with 2 stars in your profile - is it possible that you don't see it?

 

 

I meant the same client.

You don't have many completed jobs (9 total, if I counted correctly) , 2 have no feedback, and one  (rather large) has only 2 stars - that tends to weigh heavily on JSS. That client probably didn't give you 100% recommendation and it's possible that that metric didn't update yet.

2 had 5 star review before.
They have removed my review.
I have screenshot of that.

They are saying it is not effecting my jss score but I think that is also playing role.
