Need Help to verify my identity!

Hi,

Does anyone know is there any way I can verify my identity? I tried many times uploading my government ID but it doesn't recognize it! And now I cannot find anywhere to verify, it doesn't show up in my account setting either, and I cannot fix it by verifying my location, too, and I sent requests but never got a response.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
