Need advice

Hello.

I sent a proposal to a client and we had an interview and stuff. He showed me the terms and conditions of the contract, the accounts of different social media platforms to manage, the needed reports every month, and almost everything. 

He told me we will start on the 1st day of the month.  I asked for an update 2 weeks ago and he said to give him a few hours. But 'til now still no contract.

I want to ask him again if he still wants me to work with him without giving him a bad tone.

Hope you're well. I'm following up on the contract we discussed for the 1st of the month start. Is everything still on track? Please let me know.
