I have a question for you.
Now i need more connections. so i am try to buy connections.
But i have not card. So i try to use my friend's card.
My friend agreed.
Is this OK?
I dont know about this. So i want you to give me answer conrrectly.

Yes.

You are allowed to use a payment method that you are authorized to use, including a credit card that is not in your name.

(Payment WITHDRAWAL methods must be in your name. That is a different matter.)
