Need help: My Paypal has money inside, but I do not have a card to link it with.

So, to start I do not have a cerdit card nor a debit card.

Now I have earn income from other off-sites, and they are being deposited into my paypal account, and I am looking to use that income to buy connects here on upwork, sadly upwork will not allow my paypal account to be used unless I have I card linked with that account, but we have established the fact that I do not have one.

Can someone help me somehow link my paypal account, while bypassing the card requirment.

In order to be able to add PayPal as a billing method, you will need to have a verified PayPal account. Thank you.

Thank you for replying to this conversation, sadly I have read the guidelines, and have already verified my account in Paypal, but unfortunatly I do not have a card, and that is the only problem that is stopping me really from purchasing connects.

I just find it unorthodox that the Paypal option is available, that carries the same requirments as just adding a card as a billing method, the only difference one is a more direct approach while the other is requires a middle man.

But never the less, thank you for kind accomidating I really appricate it!
