Need help- my account suspended.

I have been received an email that upwork hold my account temporally a few days ago.

I am not sure what happened to my account and I tried to resolve this issue.

Now I'd like to upload the requirements to verify my identity, but the link upwork provided me is not working.

Regarding this, please help me.
