Need help - payment sent to closed bank account

Hello,

I automatically got paid for this week and the amount was sent to a closed bank account, just a couple of hours ago. Banco de Oro (BDO) from the Philippines in my case. I forgot that automatic payment is still in my settings, since I usually withdraw manually. May I know if there's a way to have it refunded to my savings acct?

I could not find a way to contact chat support for some reason.

Hi Angelito,

 

Since your bank account is closed the funds should be reversed back to your Upwork account. However, if you haven't received the funds after 8 business days let me know here and our team will assist you further. Thank you.
