Thank you for reaching out to us. You can share this help article with your client to help them close the contract. 

Here are the steps they need to follow: 

• Go to Jobs › All Contracts to find the contract
• Choose the (...) options button and select End contract, or select the End contract button on your dashboard
• Click End Contract to confirm
