Need money back from dispute

Recently my client filed a dispute for logged 40 hours I didnt do any thing against policy and do work according to his details but upwork cheat with me and refund all the money to upwork. I didnot agree with upwork decision this is scam. This is abuse with me.I want my hard work pay. Please give me money back.

If you have used time tracker and logged the hours properly you will get the amount. Else you will not. It is clearly specified in the ToS of Upwork.
