Need suggestions to move to full time role on upwork

Hi,

I am currently working full time as technical PM/software architect in an office based job. On weekends, I work on upwork as freelancer. As I am earning good on upwork as part time, I want to move to upwork as full time freelancer. My expertise is in techincal project management and I have got couple of certifications under my belt as well. My notice period at my current company is 45 days. If I apply to any PM related full time job on upwork, the upwork client cannot wait for 45 days so the ball is dropped. My interview with upwork client goes good, but the wait for even 1 month makes the upwork client uninterested. I do not want to resign from my current office job first and then apply for the job on upwork. How do other freelancers handle this issue?
