Need to end contract

I was actively working with a client from April, and I was working very well with him. I proposed him a full rewrite of the Application and he said do these tasks and then we will work on full rewrite. I tried to complete the tasks but I told him to rewrite application first and then we will complete these tasks later and now it seems that client is not active or don't want next work done. So, there one contract opened with him ($30 for the tasks which he also don't want now) and he added $10 in escrow. Now, my question is: will ending the contract affect my JSS? Should I have to wait? because he removed from the repository and some other things seems he's not ready for next work. What I want is to end contract, so will it affect my profile?
