Need to report a profile and job posting but Client took down job and blocked me.

Good Afrernoon,

A gentleman contacted me about a job asking for my credit card information etc. When I went to report him he took down his job posting and blocked me I guess because he is still active ( asked a friend to check from her account). How do I report him?
