Need to upgrade for my account from Freelancer to Agency

I need to upgrade my account from Freelancer to Agency. I do not see option in the membership & billing. 

Is there any way I can do it?

I have plan to upgrade from freelancer to an agency in near future. My question is whether by upgrading to an agency, will I lose my top-rated and 100% job success status ?

Hi Man Choy,

If you become a non-exclusive member of your agency, your Job Success Score will not be your agency's Job Success Score. Your Job Success Score is your own, personal score. You can check this help article for more information.
