Needing help for plus membership plan upgrade

I complete a project having some earning to upgrade to plus membership plan but, I don't have a billing method set up for the moment. Needing help if I can upgrade to plus membership using my pending earning without setting up a payment method for the moment.

However, you will likely need to wait for them to be Available rather than Pending.
