Hi everyone!
I need help. Does anyone know if there is a possibility of hiding negative feedback from a client? I understand that it is fair to comment if you have not had an excellent experience, but I do not think it necessary to use so many negative words.
This has prevented me from going ahead with my others projects.
Thanks in advance.

Only if you are top-rated. You mean the one from June? I think that's worded quite tame and measured...

Why? The more contracts you do well, the faster the poor one will vanish off the page.

Hi Petra,
If you can see in my portfolio, I have not any new projects since that in June.
Because I think clients look at my portfolio and that feedback appears.
But, thank you for your reply I think there is no way.

Apply more.
You could, theoretically, make the contract vanish from your profile by issuing a full refund, but I would not suggest that!

The client said that you stopped working for a week without informing them. If you have a good reason as to why that happened, then you might want to post a short explanation as a response. But somehow, this hasn't impacted your JSS at all, so it shouldn't affect your ability to get more work.
