Negative feedback I gave to a client disappeared

Hi,

I've noticed that a client that didn't pay me (and others) have removed my and other negative feedbacks.

Is this possible? Shouldn't freelancers be protected?

If the client did not pay you (anything at all) the contract and any feedback for it will not appear on either your nor the client's profile.

How did the client "not pay you?" - Hourly or fixed?

Hi Marco,

I checked the job that you sent me via PM and I can see that funds were exchanged and you have left feedback for your client. 
In this case the feedback and the job should be listed under the Client History, but I was also not able to locate the contract. Our team will investigate this further from our end and adjust the Client History accordingly, thank you.
