Negative impact of not accepting invite from Upwork agency?

I had received an invite from a client to join his team on Upwork.

But I had a discussion with him and told him that I would not be able to take on more work, as my  available hours are fully occupied, as I have other clients.

We agreed that he would cancel the contract. Now the invite is pending, and I do not see where it is on my Upwork profile.

But I received an email reminding me to join. Would there be any negative impact of not taking any action on this?

Well obviously not. Nobody can force you to join an agency, or accept jobs you don't want to do, that would be crazy.
