suppose i have applied 50 jobs on one week and no client took my interview 

The mian question is that .

Are this thing take negetive  effect  on my jss sore ??

Back in the days if, after sending a certain number of proposals no clients contacted you your profile would be hidden or become inactive or something similar would happen to prevent you from sending more proposals.
