New Clients

I am recently seeing a lot of questions from potential clients on how to hire me. I'm not sure if there's suddenly a huge influx of clients on the platform but it's becoming overwhelming to me, as a freelancer, to explain to each one how to get a contract started. I'm receiving 20+ proposals a day, penciling in interviews, doing interviews and also maintaining my current clients happy... I don't think that it's my job to explain to the clients how to use your platform. Can this be looked into??? Perhaps the process is too complicated for new people or it's not explained anywhere to them...
