Hello ,

i have just joined Upwork.

once i found a suitable opportuinity i click ( submit a proposal ) it directed me to the new policy of charging !

i don't know how to submit a proposal 

i know it's a free site or it needs a fee for submiting the proposals

Hi Hend, 

I can see that you were already able to submit 4 proposals today. The pop up about the new Freelancer Service Fees which explains the new pricing structure of the platform. 

Since you are still new may I suggest that you visit the Getting Started as a Freelancer section of the Help Center and in our Freelancer Guide. You may also want to visit our educational videos and best practices shared by other users of the platform in the links below.
