So yesterday, for reasons not related to this post, I tried to access the Support Ticket area via the main Support Page. I did this while the site was wonky, got something really odd looking and figured this could wait.
Today I went back, and from the Support main page, clicked the Get Help buttom, and got this shiny new form. Is this normal? Is that what the new Submit Ticket form is supposed to look like? See screenshot below:
If this is what it's supposed to be, I gotta say, the Continue button (and the "powered" by text) is insanely difficult to see. The fonts are such a light color it's almost impossible see, especially with all the WHITE around it.
Also, what the heck is up with this new Support Bot? (No, I haven't tested it yet, nore do I want to).
