New Upwork "Scouts" Portfolio Upload failed (It submitted without an portfolio)

Hello, I wanted to upload my docx file for the Upwork "scouts program" or whatever it is called (2.2mb)

I gave all the info, but whenever i upload it keeps saying failed to upload.

So now, I tried pressing submit even tho that error was there and it actually submitted it.

-Im here to ask any of the upwork staff, if my file wasn't actually submitted with thee submission, is there a way for you to help me out and add it. (I will attach the file here)

(Just saw that I can't upload that file extension here in forum, but anyways if there is a way I will send it to you. It contains some of my work taht  I put together as a quick selection portfolio
