New Year Alert for all Freelancers

I faced this problem on the very first day of this year. I was textings my clients and wishing them the New Year and asking them for the opportunity of new projects and suddently I got this message (PFA).

Now I am not able to text any of my client!! 

Plese help me out as my clients are waiting for my reply to their messages.
