New contract but can't be found on the time tracker app

I have a new contract that should start today, 3 February 2020, however, I still can't see the client's name on the time tracker. May I know what's wrong? How can I fix this? Thank you.

Upwork operates based on Greenwich Mean Time/UTC, so 12:00 midnight in London is the end of each Upwork work day. This is not adjusted for Summer Time, Daylight Savings Time, etc.
