New feature / program?

Today I saw a new thing on my job feed - can't remember the right title, but something along the lines of "get discovered by talent specialists"

. Anyone here saw it? Apparently it's a new feature (or program) - you upload your CV and...not sure what happens next, lol

I saw it too. They are looking for top talents. One of the talent specialists might send you a job invitation for you to apply without using your connects.

I just received a new feature of "getting hired by scouts" by UpWork where it asks to upload CV/Resume. I am aware of that we can't share CV/Resumes with clients as it contains contact information that violates T&C.
So which type of CV/Resume can I upload there? (it says this CV will be viewed by Upwork team and will not be shared on my profile). So can I use my regular CV there which contains contact information as well?

I think this is one of those special programs. I think you can safely share your CV as this is with TS, not with a client.

Hi Sanja,

If you have previously been invited to submit a proposal to an Enterprise or Business client’s job, you may have worked with our talent specialists. This new program -- which we are currently testing with certain freelancers -- is different though and we hope to create a more robust review process. We’ll be able to share more after our beta testing.
