New freelancer

Hi, I recently actively started submitting proposals against jobs for jobs that I 100% qualified but so far no luck.

Can someone guide me what exactly I am doing wrong. I have very good recruitment and HR administration experience which many clients are advertising.

It would be great if someone guide me.

Thank you

There may be someone in your field with content advice on how to tighten up your profile, but definitely have the copy proofread, ideally more than once (by a native English speaker). Having little mistakes or irregularities in your profile is an easy way to get passed up - and there's a ton of competition. It's an uphill battle for almost everyone, especially at first. Some qualified people never get an offer, some do only after sending dozens of proposals (or more). So definitely be ready to invest some time and keep applying to jobs you're perfect for. Really polish your profile and proposals and apply as often as you can (again, be sure you're a great fit of course!).
