yes, it is the same, every time we receive money in our account, we have to make an invoice. How would you tweak the process?
Also, @Kateryna, one more thing, our VIES is valid for EU, not worldwide, how do you invoice someone (a client) that is not based in Europe?
thank you for you response. We have a mandatory electronic invoice system, but as far as my tax lawyer told me, for me is not mandatory yet (for my type of partita IVA). So I do it in a simple way (as i described above) I just take the invoices generated by Upwork and add a necessary information there before bringing them to my tax lawyer.
What do you mean by tweaking the process?
