My clients are upset about the new pricing structure. They cannot believe Upwork is charging them to run reports.
One of my clients said that once the current project is over, they are done with Upwork.
Has anyone else heard of such complaints?

If a client leaves the platform because of the new pricing structure--which is arguably a terrible design--it only seems fair to let their FL go with them, without running afoul of the non-disintermediation rule. In practice, it would be tricky because a client could simply claim that's what they were doing. But still, UW is really shooting itself and many FLs in the foot on this.
