How do I recruit a person through upwork onto a project I am working on?

Hello Jonathan
First, you have to create a client account to attract freelancers to your work.

1. Go to Settings > My Teams
2. Click the «Create New Account» option
3. Choose «New Client Account»

Then you need to create a project here (it can be a public or private).

• Go to Jobs > Post a Job and fill out the form
• To move on to the next section of a job post you need to answer all of the questions in the current section.

You can use the search if you want to find a specific freelancer for your job and send an invitation to an interview. *Or you can wait while interested freelancers submit their applications.

Please note that when creating a project you need to clearly describe the purpose of your project, additional information about it in order to avoid misunderstandings on both sides during this work. This information will also help to increase the interest of freelancers in you.
