I'm new to UpWorks and would love for some positive feedback on my profile.  I have over 15 years of paralegal experience and I would love to kick-off my freelance company with positive feedback.  Thanks

You have to remove the link to your URL or your profile will get flagged. You probably want to do that now cuz it happens quick when people post on the forum.

The biggest thing I would suggest is reformatting. Your profile looks like a long funnel at present. Overall too hard to read and too list driven. You already have an education section so you don't need to use space to restate it. As Jennifer mentioned, remove the link at the bottom of your profile. That is not allowed.
