New to Upwork, but a Senior Designer

Hello everyone, I have many years engaged in design, but **bleep** it, I can not get an order, I tried all possible options, I uploaded my portfolio, which typed up many years, still do not work, I write very nice cover letters, I send a PDF file with the sales offer, but no way it works, the profile is filled to 100%
I am a specialist in my business and very decent, but I have not found a job, I have sent about 50 applications and nothing

Support, maybe I do not understand something?

Your profile must be of you and not of an agency.

And the works in the portfolio must be yours.

I don't know, but the text of your profile I find it in other freelancers and not only in Upwork.
So I don't know what you've changed.
