New withdrawal solutions any soon?

Hi everyone,

Is there any chance for introducing a new prepaid card system for money withdrawal, because the Payoneer is starting to become a very unconfident system, they ask for some address verification process, which is almost impossible to prove, if we consider the type of documents they ask for. We can't reach their support, and the latest events with fraud in Germany, make things even worse. 

PayPal receiving in my country is still unavailable, the only option I have now is using that Wiretransfer (30USD per one transaction). Is safe the latest option??
