Newbie question

Hi all, 

This is my first time doing a freelance work in Upwork and I came across this job post about "Simple typing" 

Since this is my first time, I wanted to do a typing job so I can get a hang of how freelancing work in Upwork however, when I get in contact with the person who posted the job, we communicated via Telegram and he is asking me to deposit $50 for "company employee premium ID card" to start working with them. 

Is this legit or should I flag the post?
